Opatril Concrete Construction is looking for a FLATWORK OPERATION MANAGER for our CONCRETE DIVISION. Location: Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN We are a Cast in Place Concrete Construction Company and have been in business for 50 years, based in Moorhead, MN.

We specialize in Residential, Commercial, Agricultural and Industrial Cast in Place concrete projects.

The Position:
• Manage multiple crews' efficiency and manpower.
• Manage timecards along with the crew foreman and company controller.
• Communicate changes information from the field to the project manager for billing.
• Create Schedule with assistance from ownership.
• Communicate with customers in all three phases: Pre-planning, Construction, and Project closeout.
• Quality Control.
• Human Resource Management. o Mentor new and existing field staff employees.
• Communicate and lead the foreman.
• Allocate resources to keep the foreman productive.
• Educate field staff and develop talent internally.
• Communicate with vendors.

The preferred candidate should be: A team player, comfortable with technology. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the concrete industry. Highly disciplined and organized. A natural leader and dependable, with a get it done attitude.

Requirements for the position:
• High School Diploma required.
• Foreman or lead of a trade experience.
• Hands on experience in the Concrete trade.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be self-motivated
• Must have strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
